Run Randomly sprinter

Generate a fartlek workout and bring a little bit of fun back into your training block. Traditional fartlek workouts are completely unstructured interval workouts - we try to replicate that by avoiding giving you advance notice of the workout.

After a short warmup the workout will alternate between short hard efforts at your target pace, and recovery blocks that you can run at any pace.

Every workout is unique.

Try your 5km pace. Your workout will give you a wide range, since the exact pace isn't important for this type of workout.
Note: when syncing to Intervals a % of your threshold pace is used instead of the provided target pace.
